Adding Products within Client Mode
- To access Client Mode, go to the 'Proposals and Projects' tab and click into the project you want to work on with your client
- Click on the Client Mode tab to open up the project/proposal in Client Mode
- This will open a new window, showing your project/proposal in a more user friendly view - with only retail pricing shown
- You will see the Floors and Rooms within your project, (you can change the floor by clicking 'Change Floor' at the top right
- When you are on the correct floor, you can now select the room you want to add products to. Scroll across using the arrows to find the correct room and click on it
- All of the products that are currently in your proposal will appear, to add a new product click the icon 'New Product' on the top right
- A catalogue will appear showing all of the products available, these are filtered by category or you can search for a specific product in the search bar
- Once you have found the product you want to add, select 'Add to Project' and select the supplier you want to purchase from
- You can then select the quantity, along with global properties and installation time for each of the job roles in your company
- Click 'Add to Project' and your new product will be added.
To exit Client Mode, click the green button on the top right 'Switch to Installer Mode'. This will bring you back to the Specifi dashboard.
