How to Create an Opportunity
To create an opportunity, first you need to set up the opportunities tab, this can be found within the CRM section in the left hand menu. Once in the opportunities tab you can create the stages that your opportunities will travel through before they are confirmed projects. To get started:
Click the ‘configure stages’ button
You can then add different stages for example cold lead, proposed, confirmed etc
Click save and then you will be able to see a kanban overview of all of your stages.
You can now create an opportunity once your stages are configured. To do this:
Click ‘create opportunity’ and a window will open
You can name this opportunity, add a summary, close date, revenue etc
In here you can also select a stage, this corresponds to the stages setup in the opportunity tab
Once you have added in all of the details, click ‘create opportunity’ at the bottom.
This will then be added to the kanban view and can be dragged and dropped through stages.

Delete an Opportunity
