To import customers from your Xero account, 

• Go to the customers tab within the CRM section on the left hand menu

• On the right hand corner click on the button, ‘import from Xero’ -This will only work if you have your Xero account setup in Specifi.

• You will then be shown the list of customers on your Xero account and you can choose whether to import a customer, or link to one already created on Specifi

• To import all of the customers at once, choose ‘bulk import all customers’.
