Importing Customers from Xero

  • Within the CRM section on the left hand menu, click on ‘customers’

  • This will open the customers page, click on the top right hand button ‘import from xero’

  • A window will open showing all of your customers from your Xero account

  • You can either bulk import, by clicking the blue button ‘Bulk import all customers’

  • Or you can select individual customers by selecting the ‘options’ button beside the customer you want to add. You can either link to a customer you have already added on Specifi, or you can create a new customer. Both of these options will pull through the details from Xero.
