Within the ‘Suppliers’ tab on the left hand menu, click ‘My suppliers’

This will open a page showing all of the suppliers that you are linked to

On the supplier you want to link, click ‘settings’

A window will appear, on this click the button ‘link to xero’

You will then be asked to enter your Xero ID, click save and your supplier will then be linked to your Xero account.
