Quoting by System
In order to break down your proposal by system (CCTV, Lighting, etc) rather than by room you firstly need to set up your system names to begin.
Go to the System tab, and click 'System Settings'. At the top, click on 'Systems'
In here you can add the various System categories you need.
Now when adding products to your Proposals, within Global properties you can allocate the product to the relevant system and click 'save'.
In the Proposal, you need to switch from 'Room' to 'System'
To do this, go to the main part of the Quote where the products are shown and click the pencil icon.
