Firstly when creating a Quote within Specifi, you will need to configure your Sales Quote. This can be done in the 'Sales Quote Config' tab located under Settings in the left hand menu.
- The first tab is where you set up your About Us page. In here you can add information about your company so that your clients can get to know more about you
- You can add this to the Sales Quote when you are finalising it within a proposal
- The next tab is Additional Pages, these can be anything that you would like to give to your clients (You can create as many additional pages as you like)
*Note there is no need to create a Scope of Works in this section as this option is within the Proposal as it will be different for every project you are working on
- The final section here is Maintenance Contracts
- In here, there are 3 options of Maintenance Contracts in a Good, Better, Best format
- To create a Maintenance contract just click the 'Add Maintenance Contract' button on the right hand side
- You can give the Maintenance Contract a name, a price and then add some features that come with this Maintenance Contract
- When finalising your Sales Quote you can add in the relevant Maintenance Contract for your client.
That is your Sales Quote Configuration complete, you can now create your Sales Quote!
