Creating a Sales Quote

  1. When you have added all of the products to your Proposal, you are ready to finalise your Sales Quote and send to the client
  2. Within the Proposal that you wish to raise a Sales Quote for, navigate to the Sales Quote Module near the bottom

  1. This opens a page that contains all of the information you need to add to your Sales Quote
*Note - at the top right of this page it will either read 'Installer Mode' or 'Client Mode'
- When in Installer mode the Sales Quote will be produced WITH Trade pricing shown
- When in Client mode the Sales Quote will be produced showing retail pricing and the final cost to the client

The first section in your Sales Quote is the Installation Quote Calculator - This can be used to tally up the amount of time that will be spent on installing the products specified in this quote and to work out what you should be charging for labour
  1. You will see each job role is listed and any hours which have already been added against a product for that position, when completing the 'Build' of the proposal, are listed underneath the position name. To learn more about adding labour time by product, click here.
  2. To the right of the position name is the box for 'Additional Time', this is a place to calculate additional labour time which would be added to the already listed time to the left
  3. Based on the hourly rate charged which you will have set up when you set up your teams and positions
  4. You can adjust the hourly rates you set up in the Team Members Section
  5. When you are happy with the labour costs you have calculated you can choose to add these to your Sales Quote
  6. To do this click the 'Add to Sales Quote' button at the bottom of the Labour Cost Calculator

On the next section of the Sales Quote, you can set an expiry date for when the quote becomes void - this is optional.
You can also add additional costs, discounts and miscellaneous costs.

Next, you can customise your Sales Quote.
  1. Firstly, select the cover page from the different options shown
  2. Select a colour scheme from the options shown, or you add your company colour by selecting the blue 'Edit' button. You can use your exact hex colour code
  3. Select a maintenance contract which you previously added in the Sales Quote Config
  4. Next, you will see a list of options that you can choose to appear on your Sales Quote, or be hidden. Use the toggle to select what you want to see
  5. The next heading you will see is 'Page Setup' this section is where you can setup what pages you want to be shown on the Sales Quote. The cover page can't be removed, to remove any of the other pages select the bin icon. You will see an 'available pages' section, these are the different pages that you can add onto your Sales Quote by selecting the + icon.
Now your Sales Quote is complete you can download it and send to your client.
