Sending Proposal to Client

- Once you are happy with your proposal, click the 'save' button at the top right
- Then click the 'Send to Customer' button



- A window will open that gives you the option to send the quote directly to your customer, or to copy a link which you can then send from your own email address



- To send directly from Specifi, click the drop down arrow. This will then bring up a box for you to insert their email address, along with subject and message
- To copy a link to the Proposal, click the drop down arrow - the url will appear to the quote, click copy. You can then paste this into an email and send from your own email address

Proposal Settings
- Within the proposal settings you have the option to password protect the proposal and set an expiration date
- Click the arrow beside proposal settings 



- The first option is 'Password Protect', if you want to add a password so that the customer can only access the proposal if they have the password, click this toggle
- A box will appear for you to enter a password - this will automatically save



- The second option is 'Expiration', if you want to set an expiration date for when the quote will expire, click the toggle
- This will then bring up a box for you to set the date you want the quote to expire.



You can then send your quote to your client.
