Create a Proposal from an Opportunity
Within the CRM tab you will see the opportunities that you have added (To learn how to add an opportunity click here.)
Opportunities are added when you get a new customer lead, before you start creating proposals. However, when the lead turns into a proposed customer, you can convert your Opportunity into a Proposal. To do this:
- Click on the 3 dots beside the Opportunity you want to change to a proposal
- From the options, click 'Create Proposal'
- A warning message will appear, click 'Yes, I'm Sure!'
- Your Opportunity will now appear in your Proposals tab.
